The Lizard Brain, So Attuned To People Laughing Behind Our Backs, Was On High Alert For This Sort Of Criticism And Would Do Anything It Could To Stop Me From Writing Again. I Haven't Sought Out And Read A Review Or A Tweet Since.

Reputation Is What People Expect Us To Do Next. It's Their Expectation Of The Quality And Character Of The Next Thing We Produce Or Say Or Do. We Control Our Actions (even When It Feels Like We Don't) And Our Actions Over Time (especially When We Think No One Is Looking) Earn Our Reputation.

More Than Anything Else, I Think Prospects, Customers And Citizens Watch What You Do More Than They Listen To What You Say.

You Don't Have Enough Time To Be Both Unhappy & Mediocre. It's Not Just Pointless; It's Painful.
