And Taking It Seriously Says They Should Exercise Their Judgment According To The Moral Values, The Principles That Are Part Of Our Constitutional Tradition Today. And Those Principles Say Equality.

Now That Copyrights Can Be Just About A Century Long, The Inability To Know What Is Protected And What Is Not Protected Becomes A Huge And Obvious Burden On The Creative Process.
