I Was Pleased To See That Chief Justice [john] Roberts Refused To Prejudge Issues Or Make Promises In Exchange For Confirmation Votes. We're All Better Off Because Of His Principled Stand.

It Is True That, When An Entitlement Begins To Be Enjoyed By People, They Like To Keep It.

The Only Relevant Side Is That Of The Law And The Constitution. We Do Great Injury To The Integrity Of The Court System When We Start Speaking Of Sides And Stop Devoting Ourselves To The Pursuit Of Impartial Justice.

Arizonians Are Deeply Proud Of Justice Sandra Day O'connor's Service To This Country. She Will Always Be Remembered By Arizonans And All Americans As An Extraordinary Public Servant.
