But If You Master All Four Roles, You Create Your Super Brain. When You Are The Active Observer Of Your Feelings And Thoughts, You Become The User Of Your Brain. Your Super Brain Then Serves You, Not Vice Versa.

Memory Is Useful Because It Gives Us A Sense Of Continuity. But Memory Is Also Imprisoning Because It Conditions Us In Predictable Ways.

Meditation Refreshes Our Mind And Helps Us Let Go Of Old Patterns. We Spend Less Time Dwelling On The Past Or Worrying About The Future; Instead, We Are Focused On The Present.

The Normal Experience Of The Body And Its Aging Is A Conditioned Response (a Habit Of Thinking And Behavior). By Changing Your Habits Of Thinking And Behavior, You Can Change The Experience Of Your Body And Its Aging
