To Take A Single Step Beyond The Boundaries Thus Specially Drawn Around The Powers Of Congress, Is To Take Possession Of A Boundless Field Of Power Not Longer Susceptible Of Any Definition.

An Honest Man Can Feel No Pleasure In The Exercise Of Power Over His Fellow Citizens.

No Government Ought To Be Without Censors; And Where The Press Is Free No One Ever Will.
