In Terms Of One-on-one With Employees, Being A Mom Helps Me Ground My Roots To Humanity. When Someone Is Going Through A Personal Issue, I Can Keep It On A Human Level.

When I Go Out And I'm Presenting The Best Side Of Myself, I Want To Look Different From Everyone, But I Don't Want It To Look Like I'm Wearing A Costume.
