I Also Get Energy From Meditation Practice And From Eating Healthy Fresh Food, Only One Cup Of Espresso In The Morning, And Not Drinking Too Much.

Your Goal Should Be To Take Your Body And Make It As Healthy, Strong, Flexible And Well-proportioned As You Can.

To Do Life Right, You Have To Feel Like You're Growing Up Until The Day You Die. The Thing I'm Proudest Of Is That I Have Stayed Curious. I Have Every Intention, When I'm On My Deathbed, Of Saying, "oh, My God - I Get It!"
