In A Few Cases This May Be True, But Those Guys Would Build Big Forearms By Merely Eating Eggs In The Morning. Most Bodybuilders, Myself Included, Have To Work Very Hard For Any Kind Of Meaningful Forearm Development.

Computers Can Bully Us. A Slow And Unreliable System Will Bring Even The Toughest Soul To Their Knees As They Find Themselves Completely Defenseless Against The Erratic Whims Of Their Rogue Machine.
