You Cannot Truly Love Others Unless You Are Convinced That God's Love For You Is Unconditional, Based Solely On The Merit Of Christ, Not On Your Performance. Our Love, Either To God Or To Others, Can Only Be A Response To His Love For Us.

If There Is Not At Least A Yearning In Our Hearts To Live A Holy Life Pleasing To God, We Need To Seriously Question Whether Our Faith In Christ Is Genuine.

It Is Just As Important To Trust God As It Is To Obey Him. When We Disobey God We Defy His Authority And Despise His Holiness. But When We Fail To Trust God We Doubt His Sovereignty And Question His Goodness.

Godly Character Flows Out Of Devotion To God And Practically Confirms The Reality Of That Devotion.

Many Christians Have What We Might Call A 'cultural Holiness.' They Adapt To The Character And Behavior Pattern Of Christians Around Them...but God Has Not Called Us To Be Like Those Around Us. He Has Called Us To Be Like Himself. Holiness Is Nothing Less Than Conformity To The Character Of God.
