Fear Is Never An Actuality; It Is Either Before Or After The Active Present. When There Is Fear In The Active Present, Is It Fear? It Is There And There Is No Escape From It, No Evasion Possible. There, At That Actual Moment, There Is Total Attention At The Moment Of Danger, Physical Or Psychological.

Our Brains Are So Conditioned Through Education, Through Religion, To Think We Are Separate Entities With Separate Souls And So On. We Are Not Individuals At All. We Are The Result Of Thousands Of Years Of Human Experience, Human Endeavor And Struggle.

Most Of Us Are Frightened Of Dying Because We Don't Know What It Meant To Live.we Don't Know How To Live,therefore We Don't Know How To Die
