I Get All Of That, But I Don't Think We Do Any Service To Our Country Or The Voters If We Descend Into The Kind Of Insult Fest That He Seems To Relish.

When I Think About What We Now Know About Donald Trump And What He's Been Doing For 30 Years, He Sure Has Spent A Lot Of Time Demeaning, Degrading, Insulting, And Assaulting Women.

I Try To Schedule At Least One Day A Week To Catch Up, To Feel Like I'm Breathing Again. I Take Vitamins. I Have A Treadmill And Weights At Home, But I Prefer Walking Outside, Just Kind Of Breathing And Letting It All Go. I Try To Read For Pleasure Whenever I Can - It's A Great Way Just To Shut It Off For A While So Your Brain Doesn't Get Fried.

Freedom Means The Right To Assemble, Organize, And Debate Openly. It Means Not Taking Citizens Away From Their Loved Ones And Jailing Them, Mistreating Them, Or Denying Them Their Freedom Or Dignity Because Of Peaceful Expression Of Their Ideas And Opinions.
