Without A Vision People In Leadership Positions

It Takes A Leader To Know A Leader, Grow A Leader, And Show A Leader.

Problems Are Not My Problem. It's Not What Happens To Me But What Happens In Me That Matters.

Holding A Grudge Is Never Positive Or Appropriate.

By The Time I Went To The Pulpit, The Vision Was Never On The Same Level As When God First Gave It To Me; It Was Clearer And Bigger. It Was Better Because The Body Of Christ Complemented What God Had Given Me. So When I Gave The Vision To The Congregation, The Influencers Already Bought It. Then After The People Have Heard My Message, And Migrate To The Influencers, These Influencers Are Already My Allies And Help Me Communicate The Vision To The Congregation.

When I Made That Statement That The Person Discovers The Secret Of Their Success By Their Daily Agenda, All Of A Sudden It Hit Me That If I Could Teach People To Make Today Count; If I Could Really Teach Them What They Need To Do Today To Have A Good Day, That Tomorrow Would Really Take Care Of Itself.
