Even Though God Loves Us, We Still Have A Problem: Sin. It's Important For Us To Learn How To Confront Sin And Overcome It, Because While God Loves Sinners, He Hates Sin. And He Hates It Because Of What It Does To Us And How It Keeps Us From The Abundant Life Jesus Died To Give Us.

We Can Never Make Ourselves Better By Trying... Praying More Or Longer, Studying More Of The Word, Performing Good Works, Etc. Don't Get Me Wrong... It's Not Bad To Do Any Of These Things. In Fact, It's Good. It's Just That Doing Them In God's Power Is The Only Way Those Things Will Have Any Real And Lasting Effect In Our Lives.

Words Are So Awesome. Words Are Containers For Power. They Carry Either Creative Power Or Destructive Power.

God Has Equipped You To Handle Difficult Things. In Fact, He Has Already Planted The Seeds Of Discipline And Self-control Inside You. You Just Have To Water Those Seeds With His Word To Make Them Grow!
