Dr. Bonar Once Said That He Could Tell When A Christian Was Growing. In Proportion To His Growth In Grace He Would Elevate His Master, Talk Less Of What He Himself Was Doing, And Become Smaller And Smaller In His Own Esteem, Until, Like The Morning Star, He Faded Away Before The Rising Sun.

The Trouble With A Great Many Men Is That They Spread Themselves Out Over Too Much Ground. They Fail In Everything. If They Would Only Put Their Life Into One Channel, And Keep It In, They Would Accomplish Something. They Make No Impression Because They Do A Little Work Here And A Little Work There....lay Yourselves On The Altar Of God, And Then Concentrate On Some One Work.

If You Don't Enter The Kingdom Of Heaven By God's Way, You Cannot Enter At All.

God Stands In No Need Of Our Strength Or Wisdom, But Of Our Ignorance, Of Our Weakness; Let Us But Give These To Him, And He Can Make Use Of Us In Winning Souls.
