So This Expansion Of Doctrines Regarding Possible Use Of Nuclear Weapons Makes Them More, You Know, Sort Of, Salient And Important And So It's Increasing The Perceived Political Value Of Nuclear Weapons And Therefore Causing Or Contributing To Possible Proliferation.
