We Have Got To Abandon The Sense Of Amazement In The Face Of Creativity, As If It Were A Miracle If Anybody Created Anything.

When All You Own Is A Hammer, Every Problem Starts Looking Like A Nail.

People With Intelligence Must Use Their Intelligence, People With Eyes Must Use Their Eyes, People With The Capacity To Love Have The Impulse To Love And The Need To Love In Order To Feel Healthy. Capacities Clamor To Be Used, And Cease Their Clamor Only When They Are Used Sufficiently. That Is To Say, Capacities Are Needs, And Therefore Are Intrinsic Values As Well.

We Need Not Take Refuge In Supernatural Gods To Explain Our Saints And Sages And Heroes And Statesmen, As If To Explain Our Disbelief That Mere Unaided Human Beings Could Be That Good Or Wise.
