I Believe That To Knowingly Commit Actions That Cause Or Condone Suffering Is Reprehensible In The Extreme. I Call Upon You To Be Compassionate And Treat Others As You Want To Be Treated. If You Don't Want To Be Beaten, Imprisoned, Mutilated, Killed Or Tortured Then You Shouldn't Condone Such Behavior Towards Anyone, Be They Human Or Not.

Maybe It's A Form Of Overcompensation, But Whenever I've Toured, I've Always Needed A Huge Performance Component.

I Look Back And Think Of All The Times I've Had To Let Things Go In The Past, And How Traumatic It Seemed While It Was Happening, But How My Understanding Of It Changed As Time Passed - And Oftentimes Things That Seem Really Difficult And Traumatic In The Short Term Seem A Lot Less Difficult And Traumatic In The Long Term. So I Remind Myself Of That.

I Just Have To Remind Myself That My Daily Quotidie In Life Has Almost Nothing To Do With Any Aspect Of My Professional Life As A Public Figure.

There's A Fairly Extensive Network Of Musicians On Tour Who Are All Trying To Stay Sober, And We Generally Reach Out To Each Other And Offer Support When And Where We Can.
