Today The Iraqi And Afghan People Are On The Path To Democracy And Freedom. The Governments That Are Rising Will Pose No Threat To Others. Instead Of Harboring Terrorists, They're Fighting Terrorist Groups. And This Progress Is Good For The Long-term Security Of All Of Us.

I Am Mindful Of The Difference Between The Executive Branch And The Legislative Branch. I Assured All Four Of These Leaders That I Know The Difference, And That Difference Is They Pass The Laws And I Execute Them.

If Someone Committed A Crime, They Will No Longer Work In My Administration.

What Happened To Our Nation On A September Day Set In Motion The First Great Struggle Of A New Century. The Enemies Who Struck Us Are Determined And They Are Resourceful. They Will Not Be Stopped By A Sense Of Decency Or A Hint Of Conscience--but They Will Be Stopped.

But As Importantly, It Lies In The Fact That We've Got Citizens From All Walks Of Life, All Political Parties, That Are Willing To Say, I Want To Love My Neighbor. I Want To Make Somebody's Life Just A Little Bit Better.
