This Constitutional Republic, Conceived In Liberty And Dedicated To The Proposition That All Men Are Created Equal, Prospered And Grew Strong. To This Day, America Is Still The Abiding Alternative To Tyranny. That Is Our Purpose In The World - Nothing More And Nothing Less.

As For The Enemies Of Freedom, Those Who Are Potential Adversaries, They Will Be Reminded That Peace Is The Highest Aspiration Of The American People. We Will Negotiate For It, Sacrifice For It, We Will Not Surrender For It - Now Or Ever.

We Speak With Pride And Admiration Of That Little Band Of Americans Who Overcame Insuperable Odds To Set This Nation On Course 200 Years Ago. But Our Glory Didn't End With Them. Americans Ever Since Have Emulated Their Deeds.

The Government Is Currently Experiencing Withdrawal Symptoms, And We Musn't Feed The Habit By Injecting More Tax Dollars Into It.

Outside Of Its Legitimate Function, Government Does Nothing As Well Or Economically As The Private Sector.
