When I Was Growing Up, Everybody Smoked, Including Me. When I Was 14, I Started. We All Did It. That Was Just The Way It Was. And Nowadays There's A Stigma Attached To It. It's A Big Shift.

Rely On Yourself, And Be True To Who You Are. What's Unique About You Is What Will Take You Far. Don't Look To Others To Say You're Okay. You Know It--so Believe It!-- Show Your Own Self The Way.

Refuse To Ever Use The Term 'failure' Again About Yourself Or Anyone Else. Remind Yourself That Wehn Things Didn't Go As Planned You Didn't Fail, You Only Produced A Result.

Act As If What You Intend To Manifest In Life Is Already A Reality. Eliminate Thoughts Of Conditions, Limitations, Or The Possibility Of It Not Manifesting. If Left Undisturbed In Your Mind And In The Mind Of Intention Simultaneously, It Will Germinate In The Physical World.

Each Person Must Decide For Himself What He Wants Each Day. As A Leader, I Will Expose You To The Options And The Likely Consequences Of Those Options. I'll Even Share My Opinion If Asked, But I'll Never Confuse It With The Opinion, Which Simply Doesn't Exist.
