Secondly, It Tells Us That Genuine Happiness Consists In Those Spiritual Qualities Of Love, Compassion, Patience, Tolerance And Forgiveness And So On. For It Is These Which Provide Both For Our Happiness And Others' Happiness.

The Peace Of Mind, Is Very Essential For Our Health. So In That Level, I Think Scientific Finding, Immense Benefit To Get Our Wellness And Eventually Conviction, Peace Of Mind Is Not Just A Luxurious Item, But Peace Of Mind Is Actually Very Important For Our Survival, For Our Healthy Survival.

A Good Motivation Is What Is Needed: Compassion Without Dogmatism, Without Complicated Philosophy; Just Understanding That Others Are Human Brothers And Sisters And Respecting Their Human Rights And Dignities. That We Humans Can Help Each Other Is One Of Our Unique Human Capacities.

It Is Our Basic Right To Be A Happy Person, Happy Family, And Eventually A Happy World. That Should Be Our Goal.
