Memorial Day This Year Is Especially Important As We Are Reminded Almost Daily Of The Great Sacrifices That The Men And Women Of The Armed Services Make To Defend Our Way Of Life.

If People Around The World Knew How Well People At Guantanamo Bay Are Treating Prisoners, They Would Not Fall Prey To The Accusations That Some In Our Chamber Are Making. They Are All Receiving Judicial Review.

My District Includes The Two Urban Centers Of Charlotte And Fayetteville, As Well As Large Rural Areas. Obviously, These Diverse Segments Of North Carolina Require Different Approaches To Meeting Current And Future Transportation Demands.
