When We Feel Love And Kindness Toward Others, It Not Only Makes Others Feel Loved And Cared For, But It Helps Us Also To Develop Inner Happiness And Peace.

I Myself Feel, And Also Tell Other Buddhists That The Question Of Nirvana Will Come Later. There Is Not Much Hurry. If In Day To Day Life You Lead A Good Life, Honesty, With Love, With Compassion, With Less Selfishness, Then Automatically It Will Lead To Nirvana.

Unlike An External Enemy, The Inner Enemy Cannot Regroup And Launch A Comeback Once It Has Been Destroyed From Within.

It Is Not Enough Simply To Wish That Love And Compassion Should Increase In Us. We Need To Make A Sustained Effort, Again And Again, To Cultivate The Positive Aspects Within Us - And The Key Here Is Constant Familiarity. The Nature Of Human Thoughts And Emotions Is Such That The More You Engage In Them, The More You Consciously Develop Them, The More Powerful They Become.
