You Can’t Just Say That You’re Committed To Creating The Best Year Of Your Life And Expect It To Stick. You Have To Make A Conscious Effort To Allow This Commitment To Become Part Of Your Internal Belief System.

The Shadow Is Not A Problem To Be Solved Or An Enemy To Be Conquered, But A Fertile Field To Be Cultivated. When We Dig Our Hands Into Its Rich Soil We Will Discover The Potent Seeds Of The People We Most Desire To Be.

Whatever Inspires You Is An Aspect Of Yourself. Any Desire Of The Heart Exists To Support You In Discovering And Manifesting It. If You Have An Aspiration To Be Something, It Is Because You Have The Potential To Manifest The Quality You Are Seeing And The Behavior That This Quality Will Bring Forth.
