Well, As I Got Older And Started Using Makeup, I Wanted To Use Something Lightweight Under My Makeup That Wouldn't Clog My Pores. So I Get Up In The Morning, Brush My Teeth, Wash My Face, And Do My Whole Routine. Sunscreen Is The First Thing I Put On Before I Put On My Makeup.

I Went Through A Period When I Was About 19 Where I'd Go Tanning With My Boyfriend In Tanning Beds. Yes, This Was Actually A Thing We Used To Do Together. They Were Not My Friend. I Had No Idea What I Was Doing. We All Went In The Early 2000s. Needless To Say, I Don't Go Anymore. If I Need A Quick Fix, I Get A Spray Tan - Though It's Never A Good Idea For Me With My Fair Skin.

There Have Been So Many Times Where I Thought I Put On Enough Sunscreen But Actually Didn't. As A Result, I'd Get Unbelievable Tan Lines. Of Course In Florida It Was Expected, But Now Looking Back At Pictures, I Think I Spent An Entire Summer At The Beach With My Friends Looking Like A Tomato. A Bright Shade Of Red.

It's Just Interesting That People Don't Really Know About The Roles That I Play That Are Darker. I Kind Of Do A Huge Blend Of Really Big Light Things But Also Really Dark Indie Things, And It Just Sort Of Happens To Work Out That Way.

I Use L'oréal True Match As My Foundation, Laura Mercier As My Concealer, Maybelline Great Lash As My Mascara, And Benefit Blush And That's It. I Keep It Pretty Simple.
