The Abuse Of Prisoners Hurts America's Cause In The War On Terror, Endangers Us Service Members Who Might Be Captured By The Enemy, And Is Anathema To The Values Americans Have Held Dear For Generations.

I Believe We're All Aware That There Are People And Organizations Throughout The World Who Are Bent On Destroying America, Everything We Stand For And Inflicting Harm On American Citizens. It Is The Obligation Of The President Of The United States To Respond To Those.
