Coalition Forces Have Encountered Serious Violence In Some Areas Of Iraq. Our Military Commanders Report That This Violence Is Being Insticated By Three Groups.

The Course Of This Conflict Is Not Known, Yet Its Outcome Is Certain. Freedom And Fear, Justice And Cruelty, Have Always Been At War, And We Know That God Is Not Neutral Between Them.

The Economy Is Growing, Productivity Is High, Trade Is Up, People Are Working. It's Not As Good As We'd Like, But -- And To The Extent That We Find Weakness, We'll Move.

I'm Absolutely Confident That Everybody That's Been Put To Death Is Two Things: One, They're Guilty Of The Crime Charged, And, Secondly, They Had Full Access To Our Courts, Both State And Federal.
