We Need To Have Strong Allies. Our Association And Connection With Our Allies Is Essential To America's Strength. We're The Great Nation That Has Allies, 42 Allies And Friends Around The World.

And Fifth, We Will Champion Small Businesses, America's Engine Of Job Growth. That Means Reducing Taxes On Business, Not Raising Them. It Means Simplifying And Modernizing The Regulations That Hurt Small Business The Most. And It Means That We Must Rein In The Skyrocketing Cost Of Healthcare By Repealing And Replacing Obamacare.

I Will Promote Savings And Investment By Maintaining The 15% Rate On Capital Gains And Dividends. I Will Eliminate The Tax Entirely For Those With Annual Income Below $200,000.

It's So Critical That We Make America Once Again The Most Attractive Place In The World To Start Businesses, To Build Jobs, To Grow The Economy. And That's Not Going To Happen By Just Hiring Teachers.
