Surrender To Life Itself And You'll Just Be Rewarded With So Many Things. And I've Been Rewarded So Many Times, In So Many Mysterious Ways. So I Have No Reason To Be Disappointed With Anything.

I Think Especially With The Internet And The Amount Of Reality Shows That Are Going On, There's No Way To Keep A Secret Anymore, So I Try To Let My Project Be As Much As Reality Show As I Can Allow It To Be.

If I'm Having Relentless Thoughts, I Just Won't Shut Up In My Head. I Know That If I Put Myself On The Mat And Just Focus On A Flow That I Will Transmute Or I Will Transform, Transfer The Energy Into Some Other Act Or Put My Attention Somewhere Else, I'll Be Back. I'll Feel Stronger Not Only In My Body But Most Certainly In My Brain.

With Everything You're Letting Go, I'm Sure It's Going To Have A Different Value To You. And Every Time You Let Go You're Going To Be A Different Age Or There's Going To Be Different Circumstances. So I Think The Best Way To Do It Is To Simply Wish The Best For That Thing.
