Staying In Shape Does Not Come Easily, Especially As You Get Older And You Don't Have As Much Time Or Energy To Exercise. I Used To Be Naturally Skinny In High School And College. I Was In Cheerleading, Ran Track, And Did Gymnastics, So I Had A Built-in Five-hour Workout Every Day. Lately, I've Been Doing Pilates On The Megaformer, Which Is Like Pilates On Steroids.

Hunting Is A Family Thing For Me, And It's A Texas Thing. We Have A Lot Of Land In Texas That's Been In Our Family For 12 Generations.

Unfortunately, We Live Our Life In Public, So Any Weight Gain Or Pimple Is A National Story. I Don't Get This Obsession With Weight. It's Not Only Hollywood; It's Our Society.

So Many People Complain That There Aren't Enough Latinos On Television, And Yet When They Are, They Need Support.

I Think I've Ignored It So Much So That When The Paparazzi Are Following Me I Really Don't See Them. You Don't See Them Anymore.
