Learning To Forgive Is Much More Useful Than Merely Picking Up A Stone And Throwing It At The Object Of One's Anger, The More So When The Provocation Is Extreme. For It Is Under The Greatest Adversity That There Exists The Greatest Potential For Doing Good, Both For Oneself And Others.

Because We All Share An Identical Need For Love, It Is Possible To Feel That Anybody We Meet, In Whatever Circumstances, Is A Brother Or Sister. No Matter How New The Face Or How Different The Dress And Behavior, There Is No Significant Division Between Us And Other People. It Is Foolish To Dwell On External Differences, Because Our Basic Natures Are The Same.

I Think When Tragic Things Happen It Is On Surface. It Is Like The Ocean. One The Surface A Waves And Sometimes The Wave Is Very Serious And Strong. But It Comes And Goes, Comes And Goes, And Underneath, The Ocean Always Remains Calm. Tibetans Have A Saying: "if Bad News Comes To You Listen Here" (points To The Right Ear) "and Let It Our Here" (points To The Left Ear).

We Have Never Declared War On China. We Have Only Asked Them To Leave Us In Peace, To Let Us Have Our Natural Freedom.

Right From The Moment Of Our Birth, We Are Under The Care And Kindness Of Our Parents, And Then Later On In Our Life When We Are Oppressed By Sickness And Become Old, We Are Again Dependent On The Kindness Of Others. Since At The Beginning And End Of Our Lives We Are So Dependent On Other's Kindness, How Can It Be In The Middle That We Would Neglect Kindness Towards Others?
