There Is No Evil To Be Faced That Christ Does Not Face With Us. There Is No Enemy That Christ Has Not Already Conquered. There Is No Cross To Bear That Christ Has Not Already Borne For Us, And Does Not Now Bear With Us.

The Vocation And Mission Of The Faithful Can Only Be Understood In Light Of A Renewed Awareness Of The Church As Sacrament Or Sign And Instrument Of Intimate Union With God, Of The Unity Of The Whole Of Mankind, And Of The Personal Duty To Adhere More Closely To Her.

The New Evangelization Calls For Followers Of Christ Who Are Unconditionally Pro-life Who Will Proclaim, Celebrate, And Serve The Gospel Of Life In Every Situation. A Sign Of Hope Is The Increasing Recognition That The Dignity Of Human Life Must Never Be Taken Away, Even In The Case Of Someone Who Has Done Great Evil. I Renew The Appeal I Made ... For A Consensus To End The Death Penalty, Which Is Both Cruel And Unnecessary.
